Allow us to dazzle your palate with six fantastic courses paired with wonderful wines. We will prepare an international cheese display to welcome guests, then construct an exquisite five course meal; including oyster bisque, qual and micro spinach salad, sea bass in a coconut green curry sauce, beef wellington on a buttery puff pastry, ending the evening with a delicious chocolate fondue. All six courses have been expertly paired by our Sommelier.
