We will prepare an international cheese display to welcome guests, then construct an exquisite five course meal; including oyster bisque, qual and micro spinach salad, sea bass in a coconut green curry sauce, beef wellington on a buttery puff pastry, ending the evening with a delicious chocolate fondue.
